Every episode goes through the same five stages. At every stage a person makes the calls and AI does the heavy lifting, so a small team can work like a full studio.
Every script starts with our writer. Claude joins the room as a sparring partner: pitching premises, testing jokes and reviewing each draft.
Our artist sets the look of every character and sketches the storyboard by hand. AI helps explore variations; the artist decides what stays.
Image and video models turn the sketches into 3D shots. The team directs every one and redoes anything that does not land.
Real actors, including a professional singer, voice every Vietnamese episode. AI tools support the audio work and voice the English versions.
An editor cuts every episode and owns the comic timing. AI handles the rough assembly and subtitles.
We are not taking client work yet. For now the whole team is focused on one thing: making Pipo & Buro, and building the tools that let a small studio make it well.
Claude helps us write and review scripts, and coordinates the AI agents that handle production tasks. We also use it to build internal tools that take repetitive work off the team, so more of our time goes into the show itself. Next, we are building a studio platform where Claude plans each episode end to end, from outline to shot list.
